This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services purchased on Celebration Matrimony (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing any premium service or subscription, you agree to this policy.
Celebration Matrimony provides digital matchmaking services.
Once a premium membership or service is activated, the service is considered consumed.
All payments made for:
Premium membership
Featured profile services
Boost or promotional services
Add-on services
are non-refundable, except in cases described below.
Refunds may be considered only if:
Payment was deducted multiple times for the same transaction
Payment was processed successfully but service was not activated
Technical error caused incorrect billing
Transaction failed but amount was deducted
Required by applicable law
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.
Once approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
Time may vary depending on bank/payment provider
You may cancel your subscription anytime, but:
Cancellation will stop auto-renewal (if applicable)
Current subscription will remain active until expiry
No partial refunds for unused period
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support:
Your account may be suspended
Access to services may be revoked
Future purchases may be restricted
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
Change of mind
Lack of matches
Personal reasons
Failure to find a partner
Profile inactivity
Incorrect information provided by user
Violation of platform policies
Account suspension due to misconduct
We reserve the right to deny refunds if fraudulent activity or misuse of services is detected.
